Rosewater Panna Cotta & Turkish Delight

Borough Market in London publishes recipes tied to their stalls, and this one was inspired by the rosewater Turkish delight from their Turkish Deli. Ideally, barely set, trembling, topped with crushed pistachios and a few dried rose petals. I imagine myself in London walking past the inspiration for this on a Saturday morning, and I find that very romantic.
